Energy Healing is a hypernym for a therapy that influences the energy flow in our physical body to assist self-healing mechanisms and restore balance.
It is completely natural, non-invasive, seamless and holistic.
It is a process that brings about equilibrium between the body, mind, and spirit in order to create a sense of peace and wellbeing in the individual.
