What should I expect from my first session?

The first session is an introductory session where I will discuss the needs and motivation for choosing energy healing, in order to better understand your overall requirements.

What does an energy healing session comprise of?

Guided words to meditate combined with harmonious melodies to create a warm and relaxing environment. 


I choose the corresponding therapy intuitively and customise it to patient's needs to achieve an optimum energy circulation. 


As the session progresses, clients often experience the feeling of energy flow for the first time. Each client experiences this differently. Most commonly it is describe as a feeling of warmth and coldness following by tingling in different areas of the body. Most clients regard such feeling as extremely relaxing, which results in a somewhat deep sleep phase during the session. In such instances the extreme level of energy healing is attained.

At the end of the session, I invite the clients to open their eyes and wake up from the deep relaxation. I close the session by speaking to the clients about their experience and our session.​

How many Sessions do I need?

The number of sessions required for full benefit depends on the client’s issues and goals. These may be short or long term goals. Sometimes when we go in-depth on an issue, we discover that there is more to that issue towing to past experiences. Therefore, please bear in mind that a single 45 minutes session may not fully correct energy blockages, although it may help you take a major step towards body and mind awareness and triggering off the healing process. Based on my experience with many clients I recommend regular healing sessions to obtain long term benefits of a continuous energy balance and a happier path to enforc the required changes in your life and lifestyle.

Under which condition should I go to see an energy healer?

One does not have to suffer from an illness to be able to enjoy a healing session. It will be beneficial to see a healer as soon as you experience stress, anxiety or burn outs. It is believed that looking after those energy blockages at an early stage may prevent you from experiencing a complete physical or emotional fatigue.
It does not make sense to "wait" for something to happen to undertake your first energy healing session. Instead, take charge of your life and make things happen when you know that it could bring back peace and well-being to your life.
