This course allows you to step into a nurturing space where the Transformational Breath® method invites you to explore yourself deeply—physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.

Dr. Haifa Al-Dubai
Haifa transitioned from scientific research at the University of Vienna to holistic therapies, driven by her dedication to healing and personal growth. Combining her scientific knowledge with holistic therapies, she bridges the physical, emotional, and spiritual, offering a balanced approach to well-being. Known for her gentle and compassionate presence, Haifa helps clients alleviate pain, heal past traumas, and rediscover their true selves. By fostering emotional resilience and encouraging self-care, she empowers individuals to move beyond stress and embrace a life of harmony and purpose. Haifa will be leading the course in person.

Eugenia
Eugenia Altamira's professional accomplishments reflect her dedication to education, research, and transformative methodologies. She graduated as valedictorian and served as head of research in the sociology department at the Universidad Latina de America, where she taught behavior modification and research seminars for eight years. Her scholarly contributions include three influential books: a methodology for teaching Mexican Sign Language, an exploration of Mexico's history through family narratives, and a study on young adults’ civic and political engagement. Eugenia's expertise has also earned her a leadership role as the Curriculum Coordinator for the Transformational Breath® Foundation, where she continues to refine and expand the reach of this innovative approach.
Haifa
Haifa holds a Ph.D. in Microbiology and Genetics and spent 15 years as a scientific researcher at the University of Vienna. In addition to her academic expertise, she is certified in various alternative therapies and practices, including Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT or Tapping), Theta Healing, and Pranic Healing. As a Transformational Breath® facilitator, group leader, and trainer, she has guided numerous clients through one-on-one sessions and workshops while actively participating in Transformational Breath® training programs. She also mentors aspiring Transformational Breath® facilitators.

What is Transformational Breath®? Transformational Breath® is a powerful and holistic breathwork technique that focuses on conscious connected breathing to facilitate personal transformation, healing, and overall well-being. It involves breathing deeply and rhythmically to open up the full respiratory system, which can help release emotional blockages, reduce stress, increase vitality, and promote mental clarity, Transformational Breath has been used by tens of thousands of individuals worldwide to address a wide range of physical, emotional, and spiritual issues.
Do I need any prior experience ? No prior experience is necessary. This event is designed for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
Are there any contraindications? At the registration process, you will have the opportunity to inform us of any medical conditions or concerns you may have. We believe that everyone can benefit from improving their breathing. If necessary, we are open to making adjustments to accommodate your needs, such as providing extra pillows or other suitable measures to ensure your comfort and safety during the session. Should you have any concerns please contact us before booking.
How should I prepare for this event? During the session, you'll be comfortably lying down on mats with pillows and blankets, so we recommend wearing loose, comfortable clothing with layers, avoiding anything too tight or restrictive around the waist. We have serene grounds for relaxation, allowing you to fully unwind. To enhance your experience, we suggest refraining from caffeine, alcohol, or cigarettes before your arrival. Planning a tranquil How should I prepare for this event? evening afterward will enable you to fully benefit from the day's effects. For those seeking an immersive weekend experience, local accommodations can be arranged.
What happen after the course? How could I continue my practice? You will leave with a practical breathwork routine and access to an international online community for ongoing support. We also offer follow-up sessions to help work through any deeper issues. There are ongoing programs that you can join that will deepen the work you do over these five days.
Do you offer a refund? Cancellations made two weeks or less before the event are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another participant by notifying us in advance. To transfer your spot to someone else, please provide their full name and contact information at least 72 hours before the course begins.
