Term and Conditions for Purchasing the Reclaim Your Breath Course

1. Registration and Payment

Your registration for the course is confirmed only after full payment is received.
Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of payment.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made two weeks or less before the event are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another participant by notifying us in advance.

3. Transfer of Registration

To transfer your spot to someone else, please provide their full name and contact information at least 72 hours before the course begins.

4. Event Changes

The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule or location due to unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be informed promptly of any changes.

5. Liability

By registering, you acknowledge and accept that the organizer is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the course.

6. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to behave respectfully and professionally towards instructors and fellow attendees. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the course without a refund.
